Trained Chef teaching simplified and advanced cookery and bakery for all

I am a trained Chef, trained and skilled to work with traditional cookery techniques as well as modern interpretations and other facets of cookery. I am also trained in bread and other aspects of baking and pastry work. I also am skilled with other facets of dessert such as chocolate and sugar work. I'm looking forward to sharing these skills and my passion for food and the knowledge of it.
