I have been teaching for a total of 10 years and teaching academic and exam English for the last 6 years. I have specialised in preparing students for studying abroad in Australia, Canada and the UK.

My lessons are student centered and communicative. In group lessons, I allow students to take the lead by providing fun, dynamic activities to ensure everyone is engaged and speaking.

In academic lessons I also encourage students to work together as they can learn from each other. For example, through peer correcting writing before I correct the final draft.

One-on-one classes will benefit to lessons being tailored to their needs. In the first lessons I like to talk about the student's goals and decide suitable class structure and materials together.
