I am approachable and believe all of my learners feel nurtured and included in my learning environment. I am hard-working and strive to achieve the best for my pupils and for myself. I am organised and methodicalin my approach to planning. I consistently maintain a calm and collected demeanour and strive to make all learners feel comfortable and valued in my presence. I am sociable, warm and enjoy establishing new relationships. I thrive in a team environment and enjoy sharing in good practise and being inspired by those around me.
