I tailor my lessons to every individual student I have, I use real life examples to connect and create context for my students. When it comes to exams I teach various exam techniques and focus on time management for the best results at exam levels. I use formats such as PEEL and Mr bruff for students to feel comfortable sharing their ideas. I did to do revision of what was previously learnt and encourage students to ask questions and take notes. I work with not just exam past papers but workbooks on specific topics to make sure students have a greater knowledge of certain topics. I also allocate time for students answers so they know how much time they should be spending on a question, I mark using the mark scheme and ensure that students are able to understand why they might be loosing marks in certain areas.
