The way in which I teach my clients varies on the location. I have access to a modern commercial gym, that clients will have access to whilst working with me, if they're looking to obtain all the benefits that training in a gym provides. I also am able to commute to clients' and train them either with the use of their own personal home-gym equipment, as well as the addition of outdoor training sessions in local parks etc.
Regardless of the physical location of the sessions, the format is simple. I teach all individuals the fundamentals of health and fitness. I ensure that the focus of each session is centered around building physical competency, nailing exercise execution, training with intent and purpose, all whilst having fun!
