I am Ms. Caroline C. Neriamparampil, a second-year Ph.D. student in the School of Business and Management, at the Royal Holloway University of London. Presently I am on my student visa and can work for 20 hours a week. Apart from my studies, I also have work experience associating with Royal Holloway University of London in the positions of “ Partnership and Externeral Engagement Officer” and also as a Research Associate”. Before joining my Ph.D. programme, I completed my postgraduate degree in social work and an M.Phil. in sociology from India. I also have 12 years of professional experience working with diverse institutions. As a research professional, I have experience of making wonderful presentations and giving training programmes to government officials and students
