Hello! This is Carmen. I am a native Spanish teacher.

I have been teaching Spanish for 5 years now to people from different nationalities, ages and learning necessities. My classes are personalized to my students, the kind of aims you want to reach (professional, personal or academic outcomes) and the individual learning difficulties you may having with the contents given.

During this time, I have met students of all ages, with whom we end up having a very good work relationship! I like to build a safe space for my students to learn in, as I feel it is essential for developing new skills together. Moreover, I have also has students with learning difficulties, thus I have a lot of experience in managing very different learning necessities and rhythms. Nevertheless, my students and I always reach very high outcomes and I am very happy to see my students develop throughout time.
During my classes, everything we learn is noted down on an online whiteboard, with photos, examples, vocabulary and exercises we might do in class. After the class, I send to my students this pdf so that they can keep revising in an independent learning when needed. Also, I like starting my classes with a space for any doubts that could have arouse from the previous session, as well as having a closure space for further enquiries.

Online learning is an excellent way to improve your language skills through conversations, grammar review or other approaches. It gives us the possibility of noting down all the things learnt and discussed in class in a pdf which I always update and send to the student's after class. Moreover, classes can be recording, giving the student the possibility of revising the contents afterwards, as well as with the pdf given. Finally, online classes are an excellent way to keep improving your skills without spending money and time on transport and instead focus more on the classes and the contents given in a comfy and safe environment!
