Hola hola!
My name is Carles, but you can call me Charli! I’m from España and I been teaching español for many years. I have lived in Barcelona my whole life, but I always loved London, and so I moved here to start an aventura and help each others to understand and speak my increible language while I enjoy the city!
I am a meticulous, organised person who thrives when I am surrounded by nice people and when I have a great cooperative learners around me. I have previously worked in the healthcare industry as a porter in a Barcelona hospital during the COVID pandemic to support the community so I am very understanding and caring. My purpose is to find motivation every day in everything I do, always remaining full of energy, being perseverant when tackling challenges and delivering my daily tasks with passion and energy to fulfil my potential.
I love my country and its culture so it feels amazing to teach someone my language. We can also talk about Spanish history, culture, art, music, food and what not. Flamenco and paella? Yes please! Are you travelling to Spain and you’d like to say something else instead of just “table for two”? Do you want your kids to learn the second most spoken language after English so they can be bilingual? You need to pass some exams? You want to encourage your work team to learn some Spanish? …And thousands of other options I guess? Well let’s talk and let’s fix this pronto!
