Something I often recognise in our favourite big screen chefs is the stereotype of chefs as shouty or controlling. Whether that comes from passion or pressure I know it can make becoming a chef seem daunting and so I aim to create an environment that breaks away from outdated mentalities to bring a fresh perspective and become your friend in all things kitchen related. I do this by working through techniques that not only make you a better cook but a better communicator.
Whether your looking to become a professional chef or impress your friends, my style of teaching will allow us to look at recipes and skills in a less formal and more organic way allowing you to go at whatever pace your comfortable with as we build your culinary repertoire together.
