I use the most proficient and effective ways of training my clients, we set goals on a monthly and yearly basis, and I conduct their fitness assessment and body composition tests, we start with a warm-up routine and mobility exercises, and we then do our main conditioning phase depends on functional or weight training I also teach cross fit workouts as well, I consider all main muscle group and focus on the quality of repetitions, the exertion of movements, and the clients form and delivery of the complete set of exercises, I also focus on clients correct form of breathing, rest and recovery for the particular exercise.
I engage with my clients throughout their workouts to motivate and encourage them to stay on track and keep focusing on their exertion, I also introduce and challenge them with something new for them to try which also keeps them excited and motivated. After the main phase of the workout, we do a stretching and active recovery session, which involves static and developmental stretching, so the client feels relaxed and helps them to cool down effectively, we sometimes do extra cardio sessions for 10 to 15 minutes after the workout to burn extra calories which many are looking to do.
I also engage with them before and after workouts, chat listen to their feedback on the session and give them nutritional advice. Client feedback matters to me a lot as I look into my training style and verbal communication skills to improve them, in the end, a happy and satisfied client means a lot to me.
