About me

I have been practicing yoga since 2002 and qualified as a Hatha Yoga Teacher 4 years ago. Since qualifying, I have been teaching drop in classes in my local community. I have recently qualified as a Stretching Coach and teach private sessions online as well as face to face with clients in my local community.
