My lesson involves teaching and learning at the same time.My lesson plan has three parts :1 concept introduction which can also be a recap of previous class,2 Development part when the main ideas are discussed,3 conclusion that involves a review and sometimes assignment if need be.
In practical I prefer to do it together with the learners.I have been a physics teacher for the last 5 years .
