Benedict O'leary

My name is Ben, I am a native English-speaker with experience of working with individual students and groups for a number of years. I choose topics and subjects that are interesting to my students to make them engaged during the lessons. I have a relaxed, friendly approach that ensures that students are comfortable and confident. I have worked with students mainly from Russia and Ukraine, and as I can speak these languages can help students who have difficulty expressing themselves. Previous students have included computer programmers, actresses, stand-up comedians, sportspeople, company directors and school students - this demonstrates clearly that I am comfortable working with almost anyone. The format of the lesson can either be one or two academic hours (45 or 90 minutes) of focused English language learning. The lessons are conducted online via Zoom, or can be conducted in person depending on the location of the student.
