I integrate yoga Philosophy into my yoga therapy sessions for a more complete experience of this ancient practice.
All sessions are 40 minutes to an Hour long depending on your availability.
I have over 1000HRS of training in Yin, Ashtanga, Baptiste and Hatha Yoga.
I am also a trained and certified yoga therapist.
The sessions start at a minimum of 2 times a week so that you can get the best out of our sessions, and they can be up to 4 times a week if the client wishes.
Sessions can be reschedule for up to 30 mins before it starts in case of an emergency, after 3 cancellations, they sessions will be forfeited.
All class bundles must be used within 6 months of purchase and they are not transferable to someone else, and there are no refunds once a session as being purchased and confirmed.
Sessions will be forfeited after 15 minutes without any prior notice.
Yoga isn't a cure all, but if you practice with honesty and sincerity, all of the benefits that you experience will be lasting and true.
