The life coach program I have prepared and already tested on some parts of it has a duration of 21 sessions on a timeline duration of 4 months and it is focused on my skills and ability to really listen to people, at everything they say by verbal communication, body language, emotional freedom of expressing themselves, by making the right questions and through discovering together what is limiting them in their thinking patterns and actions and of course by showing them different strategies they can implement to feel and live better in their everyday.
The program aims to:
1. Bring awareness to the conversation with yourself by paying attention to your emotions, thoughts, actions and reactions.
2. Understanding of the book of your life by discovering:
- Your Identity
- Your Values
- Your Beliefs
3. The creation of new rules that works better for you by bringing your awareness to them.
4. Start practicing of the new rules in your life and starting to enjoy the new wave of joy and happiness.
