My teaching approach is a dynamic blend of experiential learning, personal narratives, and project-based work, designed to honor diverse learning styles. My background as a mental health counselor, utilizing CBT and hypnotherapy, and as a psychoeducator teaching social-emotional learning informs my practice. As a soon to be certified Autism Clinical Expert and ADHD Practitioner, I understand diverse learning needs, particularly when working with children on the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). I'm passionate about supporting these children and their families throughout their learning journey.

My approach integrates Polyvagal Theory, CBT, and Play Therapy principles to create a supportive and engaging learning environment tailored to their needs. My Master's in English Language Teaching and CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) provide a solid foundation in effective communication and pedagogy, enabling me to create tailored lesson plans and tutoring sessions that address your unique psychological, cognitive, professional, and personal needs.

Lessons are interactive, encouraging active participation. Content focuses on applying mental health concepts, bridging theory and real-world scenarios. We explore topics through hands-on activities, case studies, and collaborative projects and relatable experiences.

This multifaceted approach fosters a deeper understanding of mental health, empowering learners, especially within the context of language acquisition for children with ASD and ADHD. My goal is to inspire professionals, students, and anyone interested in developing their skills in psychological matters. I aim to help them clarify their path, especially when supporting children with ASD and typical development kids and teens, through a social- emotional approach in learning.
