- Students will also be encouraged to use their own understanding of music/English, whether if it is at an academic level or a personal level and what they personally like, to make the lessons more enjoyable - allowing them to remember the information learnt in the long-term.
- For piano lessons will differ between practical, theory and musical reviews which allows students to project their opinions in a comfortable and open environment as well as letting them have more control of their playing and learning. Sight reading can be difficult for new students so I work at a pace which is comfortable for the students to work alongside and understand before proceeding onto more intricate playing.
- For English lessons consists of me creating lesson plans and tailoring to the students' needs in order for them to fully understand how to use punctuation and vocabulary in the appropriate places. This enables them to use the correct use of English within their day-to-day lives as well as their school work/curriculum which I also look into.
- As all my lessons are tailored for each individual student; accommodating to their skills, preferences and understanding of piano and music.
- Creating more interactive lessons helps students engage better with their learning and this is what I accomplish in my lessons in order for students to fully appreciate their hard-work and efforts.
