My style of give training is about understanding the client goals first and checking their level of fitness and how can I give them workout to perform better, asking them about their medical history and about their diet in which they are following now and giving them nutrition advice too because I hold a certification in sports, excercise and weight management.
I include more variation in working out to get usage of the maximum muscles of the body and mostly do bodyweight exercises that can be performed by anybody whether young or old to perform their day today activities, by which they have an active lifestyle and keep themselves fit.
