In my lessons i like to focus on simple language and simple notes. This way the information is easy to take in and easy to remember.
Over time we will build up our nutritional vocabulary and easily be able understand what we’ve already learned in depth.
My approach is more about really understanding the basics before being overloaded with information.
This is a technique that has worked for me and believe it can work for anyone.
