Want to discover how much better you can feel with a general wellness boost of movement and gentle stretching?

Each session can be tailored to meet your changing needs.

We move slowly and gently through different poses and/or breathing techniques.

There is always time to ask questions and communicate step by step about your body is feeling.

This is not an athletic style of practice, but a gentle, meditative one.

The emphasis is on body-mind awareness and becoming more comfortable in your own skin.

Modern science is now finding out how the ancient practice of yoga helps us to regulate the nervous system, release feel good hormones and more.
