Hi I'm Andreea!
In my business, I aim to empower people to improve their health and wellbeing through a holistic approach to fitness. I help my clients as they face a range of challenges, such as managing stress and anxiety, eating disorders, pregnancy, ageing, sports injuries, arthritis, diabetes and weight loss, and together we work on improving their mental and physical wellbeing. Drawing on disciplines including yoga, Pilates, dance-fit and functional training I have trained hundreds of clients with lower back pain and knee pain, achieving great results with exercises that focus on rehabilitation. My approach Building a new you I have helped clients with back injuries to regain confidence and good posture after years of pain, training on a regular basis to improve their core strength and achieve full lower back functionality. Training female clients has become a central part of my mission. For example, working with women through their pregnancy and after the birth of their child, in both classes and private sessions, I integrate ante/post natal techniques to complement general exercise, focusing on core and pelvic floor strengthening. I have also trained older women, some of whom are returning to exercise, and some who are new to it. There is often an area of injury or chronic stiffness they want to work on. With a Low back pain management and Gp referral exercise training qualification I coach them at a gentle pace, gradually helping them to rebuild their stamina and mobility. It’s inspiring to watch women of all ages and stages regain their strength, fitness and confidence. My goal is to help all my clients find the motivation to improve their fitness on a daily basis, through both formal exercise that works for them and is enjoyable to do, as well as tips for how to integrate movement informally at home.
