I am a patient and friendly tutor always seeking out ways to make every lesson informative and enjoyable for my students.
I strive to help to create a positive relationship between the student and the violin while maintaining focus and drive by personalised goal setting and encouragement. My approach takes into account that everyone learns in different ways, because of this I provide lesson plans to fit the goals and commitments of each individual. Pupils will be expected to practice between lessons to ensure their development. For younger pupils, I may suggest a practice diary and half-hour lessons as oppose to to hour long sessions. Previous students have successfully undertaken ABRSM exams - if this is something you may be interested in do let me know as I am happy to facilitate that in our lessons.
