I have been working in the gym environment for over two years now. I have given my mum a running plan and within a year of not running at all to managing to run a half marathon. I have knowledge around weight training, Nutrition and health, common health conditions, first aid and running. I want to support others in their fitness journey, share my knowledge and give them plans to give them more confidence in a gym environment. I want to allow others to give them confidence in themselves and train them with what they need. I offer nutrition plans so if you want to eat healthier then I offer pans to help to eat better. I give weight training plans and demonstration on how to do exercise for them to allow to get stronger in themselves with their day to day activities. I work around common health conditions, so if you have a injury or health conditions, them I can help you to get yourself moving. I will offer check ins to see how you are doing and offer you guidance with what you need. I offer one to one personal training, either in parks or in the gym I work at, offering one hour sessions. I willing to work with you and alongside you.
