I have experience teaching people with learning disabilities and who are learning English. By doing this, I was able to find different ways to explain difficult subjects in a very understandable way. I always have successful results. I love when my students succeed.
trengths of my teaching are that I have had learning groups that have had additional learning needs, language barriers and disengagement. I have strived to help and adapt so that each learner has a positive learning experience encouraging lifelong learning. I keep up to date with relevant research such as ‘post 16 learning scooping study’ and ‘digital 2030’.

Special teaching examples are flipped and blended teaching which enable students to interact and encourage using and engaging with modern and traditional face to face teaching as well as online teaching.
I have accessed a range of continuing professional development opportunities such as I will be undertaking a masters in September, I have engaged with research and literature so I am always informed and am looking to undertake welsh language classes so I can interact fluently with welsh medium students.
