My name is Allen, I'm 16 and looking for a side hustle to make money while continuing my education. If you are new to the gym or looking to improve your physical appearance I am the guy that could help you out. I have been going to the gym for almost 3 years and if you look at my profile picture you can see the progress I have made in that timeframe. I understand what you may be thinking. I am too young to know much about fitness, but the truth is that because I am young, I have had so much free time that I was just bored with what normal teenagers do, and I have managed to research muscle hypertrophy and how the body works, as well as ways to improve your lifestyle to become fitter, stronger, and a better person. I am currently working towards becoming a powerlifter.

105KG BENCH PRESS
162.5KG DEADLIFT
To make this even more impressive I have achieved these lifts at only 74KG bodyweight. We can discuss your goals first and foremost then I can coach you through your fitness journey if your goal is to lose weight, look better or are just tired of your physical appearance then I can most definitely help you out by fixing your diet, and workout plans. However, I can only do so much like tell you what you need to do and then it is up to you to put in the work and be consistent. No one will do it for you but if you know what your doing and you want to achieve that goal as bad as you want to breathe then I am certain that you will achieve whatever the goal is no matter how hard.
