About me

I have been practising yoga since 2012, and have been teaching yoga since 2016, when I received my teaching certificate from Siddhi Yoga, India.

The sessions I deliver are on an individual basis, to both male and female clients. Initial consultation can be done over a video call or on the telephone. The yoga sessions themselves are done face-to-face at the client's home, or at a venue organised...

I will teach most aspects of yoga, and my sessions are tailored to the needs of the client. For example, if there is a physiological issue that needs to be addressed, then I may provide a programme of physical exercises; or, if there are mental issues then I may provide a programme of meditation and breathing exercises. If the client wants regular exercise classes, this can also be arranged.
