Lesson Format:

- Interactive Lectures: I believe in making psychology engaging and relatable. My lessons start with interactive lectures that break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand explanations. I use visuals, case studies, and real-world examples to illustrate key ideas.
- Hands-on Activities: Learning by doing is a powerful method. I incorporate hands-on activities and experiments to help you experience psychological principles firsthand. Whether it's analysing surveys or their data (e.g. SPSS or Jamovi).
- Case Studies: We'll explore real-life case studies to better understand how the subject is applied in various fields, from every psychological field. These case studies offer insights into practical applications of psychological principles. You'll learn how psychological concepts are applied in everyday life, in careers, and in addressing societal challenges.

With a background in psychology at multiple educational levels from A-Level to a Master's degree and practical experience as a psychologist outside the UK, I bring a unique blend of academic knowledge and real-world insights to your education.
