I have a lot of public service experience. I have a wealth of learning doing numerous courses from IT to sales . Although never teaching in a classroom. I have 30 plus years in various workplaces that have given me a solid background that could be useful to younger people going forward. I'd like to think my lessons would take on a laid back approach. With an element of fun. But also making sure to toe the line in getting the best results as that is what this industry is all about. I'd start at the beginning and gauge what each individual is capable of initially. As every person is different. Then guide them through the courses . Achieving and building confidence as we go. This is how I feel I'd like a course to be delivered. Treating people with respect is paramount to me. I also feel there has to be enthusiasm from the tutor as this is infectious and is usually passed on and filters through to the people learning new skills. I'm sure I could deliver this as have a wealth of being on courses and seeing how they feel when there is a negative feeling . Like life, we have to be positive and enjoy our time and be rewarded for our input. As that is what makes people strive and flourish to be better people. That is ultimately what we need from learning and if I can be part of it it would be a privilege. Many thanks for taking time out to read this.
