I was dropped off at a local boxing gym under the railway tracks at the age of 12 and I remember looking around and seeing these huge guys who could tear down a punching bag. Fair to say I had a hard way of being taught but it’s certainly the best, through this conditioning I have been able to see what works well in teaching and what doesn’t.
