Hi Caterina, for English Literature I would recommend making flashcards with quotes for each character. Tip: choose quotes that you can say a lot about, or link to many different characters or themes. Drop me an message if you want example. For English Language, I would advise her to practise active reading skills to master the comprehension section. It can be the easiest place to pick up marks if you know how to structure each answer, so being able to annotate the text as you read or quickly pick out key information will save you time and marks. For both subjects, it’s important to start practising essay writing in TIMED conditions. This is essential to get you used to the exam experience, especially for English. Not only do you have to train your hand to keep writing when it gets tired, but you also have to get used to writing several essays back to back and thinking on the spot. These are just some overall tips as a starting point, but if you have any further questions or want more tips, feel free to message me. 😊
