Yoga instructor providing a safe practice for all levels

I am a passionate Yoga Instructor in continious development. I am an experienced and organized professional with outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills. I believe that my extensive knowledge and proficiency will contribute to anyone that undertakes my services to feel better . I would like to highlight my ability to help evolve the physical and emotional well being of my clients.

Combining philosophy and physical practice I aim to provide yoga students with clear alignment instructions and an inviting yoga practice where everyone feels comfortable.

I have more than 12 years of own practice and more than two teaching. Furthermore, my extensive experience working in both, education and customer services field. This makes me the ideal candidate to work with any company delivering wellbeing services as well as one to one contracts tailoring individual needs.

I am able to provide Slow vinyasa flow, power yoga and flexibility training.
All of them can be taught in spanish or english.
