ABOUT THE CLASSES
My classes are student centered. This means I will plan and deliver them according to the student/client necessities. The student/client will also decide the rithm of the practice. Combining philosophy and physical practice I aim to provide yoga students with clear alignment instructions and an inviting yoga practice where everyone feels comfortable and safe.
All my classes start with a short meditation to arrive in place and prepare the mind for the practice. Follow up with the main core of the practice which intensity can vary depending on the student demands. I, then, finish the class with sweet savasana, final relaxation. If the student/client wishes the class can be elonged with some pranayama (breathing exercises) series.
ABOUT MYSELF
I have practiced yoga for more gthan 12 years and I have been working as a yoga teacher for more than two years. After returning from YTT at 'Yoga Alliance' registered 'Vinyasa Yoga School' in Rishikesh, India, where I studied both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, I started teaching part-time at Om Therapies. Soon after that lock down happened and my desire to teach made me start online classes, which gave me confidence and also the opportunity to deepen my yoga knowledge.
I am in continuous learning and evolution as I want to be my best version for my students. Actually, I am about to embark a course which focus in yoga and mental health. Which I am sure it will help my current and future students.
