Tuition enables me to assist and support your child in reaching their potential in the various subjects I am available to teach. Tutoring is incredibly rewarding; I enjoy teaching especially when a concept is particularly difficult to understand, and I can change that. In my childhood and even now at university whilst studying my degree I experience situations where a concept might just not click where an alternate explanation or perspective is the key in understanding. I feel with the role I have the influence to empower my students as they navigate through life.

I have tutored numerous students ranging from 7 – 14 years old. I have experience in planning sessions, developing learning and building a rapport even when sessions would be online. I have also worked in the hospitality industry for 5+ years and has resulted in being an extremely people-orientated person, that finds it natural to talk to a range of age groups confidently. This is exampled by my social secretary position with the universities women's netball club, that showcases my planning and social skills imperative for this job role. In addition, I have worked in a several schools, with all different age groups in a primary and preschool setting in an afterschool and breakfast club where I engaged with safeguarding whilst engaging various children.
