With experience, I have found that sessions that follow a flow of concept, questions and review have provided successful in not only understanding but retention of knowledge. Questioning is a key focus of my sessions. I create a standard of judge-free zone, where questioning is encouraged. Questioning is important and effective as it stimulates learning, whilst developing students thinking potential, stir their imagination and creates frameworks for them to replicate in their learning outside our sessions.

Measuring progress will derive from 'review tests' at the start of each new session, alongside work to be done outside sessions to be discussed during our time. The implementation of these reviews will help consolidate knowledge and ensure my students will achieve their potential. Also, I am a very compassionate person and know I can provide pastoral care alongside the educational, which personally I believe is essential in an educator in order to understand my students and be able to engage them with their specific needs and learning styles.
