Very experienced tutor (over 25 years tutoring) specialising in English and Maths 11+ and GCSE

I have a degree in English from Oxford University and have taught and tutored English and Maths extensively over the last 25 years. I believe that the benefits of tutoring are that each student can build their confidence and enjoy a programme of work that has been specifically designed for their learning style, pace, topics on which they wish to focus and their own areas of interest. I have vast experience with 11+ and GCSE exams and I'm encouraging and supportive to students. In addition to tutoring I have taught in several schools including the Cheltenham Ladies ' College.
