I have been an English teacher for over 13 years, and offer tutoring for KS2 SATS, 11+, 13+, GCSE literature and language, and AS/2 English literature. Each online session is tailored to the needs of the individual to ensure personalised learning opportunities. Students in my sessions are given ample support through modelling and scaffolding, leading to increased confidence in doing independent work. I utilise my considerable experience, as well as drawing on knowledge gleaned from my MA in English literature, and Doctorate in Education to plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-focused lessons.
