English tutor providing lessons to GCSE and A level students

I am passionate for the subject of English and have achieved grade 9 at GCSE for English literature and language, and further an A* in literature at A level. I am fresh out of education myself and now studying at university, meaning I understand the demands on students and am able to give first hand advice. I have been a mentor throughout my education and am an approachable and enthusiastic person with a flexible timetable. For my lessons I ask students to provide a list of questions/focus areas beforehand so I have time to plan our sessions in an organised and efficient way. I have a range of materials (ie powerpoints, diagrams, past papers, example answers) and plan my lessons based on the needs of the student. I studied AQA literature and language at GCSE, and Edexcel literature at A level- hence I can be most helpful to students studying with these exam boards I am most familiar with.
