Creative and experienced A Level Economics, Politics and English Tutor

I have over 7 years’ experience tutoring Economics, Politics and English Literature.

I am no stranger to taking on challenges. Whilst studying, I hand-crafted and presented over 14 hours of A-Level Economics lessons per week (OCR, AQA & Edexcel). This involved teaching microeconomics, macroeconomics and the global economy, with particular specialism in explaining economic theory, policies and using real world cases. All 12 of my students since 2015 have achieved the grades required to pursue courses at their desired universities. During this time, I gained exposure to Zoom, PowerPoint and other interactive software’s to help inspire and improve my students capabilities and creativity.

I also taught English GCSE (all examining boards) for 18 hours a week in a classroom format. This involved teaching texts from authors and playwrights such as Shakespeare, Milton and Priestly. I currently teach Government and Politics A Level (Edexcel/Pearson), with a focus on UK-USA comparative politics and core political philosophy.

Available to tutor GCSE and A-Level Economics, Politics and English on Monday (19:00-20:00), Saturday & Sunday (flexible).
