The way that I teach is structured into different sections of growth: Stage 1: Getting to know and understand the needs of my student, their strengths and weaknesses as a whole. I will understand their confidence levels and work hard to grasp their trust. Stage 2: Building confidence regarding facing challenges specific to their needs. This will be achieved through their examination specifications, yet subjective to their preferred way of studying. I aim to promote that mistakes are key for growth. Stage 3: Practice. I believe consistency is more important than talent and I will aim to encourage and enforce habitual practice and techniques to recognize their strengths. Stage 4: Exam practice with support and confidence. Throughout, I will teach how learning is a gift and how trial and error grows someone as a person.
