I am someone who is deeply passionate about mental health .. my lessons are aimed at anyone who needs help.

For me, every session is a chance to make a meaningful difference, whether by offering a listening ear, guiding someone through difficult emotions, or fostering a safe space where they can truly be themselves. I will be there for them, to get them through their darkness.
