On a one on one basis, I definitely will start by assessing the student's needs and requirements. I will continue to assess their prior knowledge on the topic and start off with the prepared lesson. I will continue with assessment as we progress through the lesson to ensure the student is in line with my pace and if not try to pace my lesson accoedingly.
