As the Head of Careers and Higher Education in a high school in my former workplace, I witnessed how young people can become a better self after exploring who they are, what their strengths are, what motivates them, how to build their own profiles and what further education options they can aim for. With my experience of developing careers curriculum for Year 7 to Year 12, counselling pupils with the use of Unifrog and other careers platforms, designing work experience programmes and being a speaker in higher education information evening, I am experienced to facilitate young people to make well-informed decisions in their life journeys.
