Through my personalised coaching, I am passionate about empowering people to overcome challenges, set meaningful goals and embrace more positive habits, optimising their stress-management, time-management, confidence and resilience, alongside their overall health and well-being. My coaching sessions promote self-awareness as this is the first step to lasting behavioural change. I can offer support and guidance with nutrition, movement, sleep, relationships, productivity and mindset, as well as helping people to make progress in other areas of their life (eg. academic, personal and career development).
