I strive to create a learning environment that motivates students to stretch their limits, compete with themselves rather than others, and continuously seek improvement. By fostering a growth mindset, I encourage students to view challenges as opportunities to develop their mathematical skills, build confidence, and refine their problem-solving abilities.
