I am a math student at a university and a math tutor in Czechia. I speak fluent English because I went to high school abroad.

I have been tutoring students online at Populo since October. I mainly teach seniors in high school who are studying for their finals. I would love the opportunity to teach in English because I did the IB at a boarding school in Denmark where I took Math AA HL so I had to learn all of the terminology in English and therefore I think I would be fit for this job. When I teach I mostly focus on communication with the students because I believe it is important for them to tell me what topics they feel the least sure about and what types of exercises they need to practice. I also focus on explaining the key principles which frequently end up in their finals. I also do past papers with them and I prepare Kahoots if we have the time in order to help them refresh what we already learned.
