I have been an EFL/ESL teacher for a decade, and all my lessons are aimed at ESL/EFL learners.

First is preparation. I must properly assess the student's English level to provide the most suitable teaching approach. Depending on the student's needs, I will prioritize addressing those first. Generally, my teaching style follows a 20-80 approach: I facilitate 20% of the lesson and guide the students to practice and apply what they’ve learned for the remaining 80%.
