Knowing that no two learners are the same, I usually carry out brief assessments for each learner at the initial meeting, so as to help determine the particular area of concentration or focus. With that, appropriate educational technological tools that will enhance teaching and learning are carefully selected. I also ensure that my classes are interactive and fun. To achieve this, I make use of digital interactive boards like Open Board, One Note etc, alongside gamification tools that can help learners catch fun while learning.
