I am friendly and passionate and would help develop my students work making it a comfortable but educational environment.

I would have a topic that we would be working on for a duration of time. I would be giving advice to the whole of the class as well as creating workshops for the students to develop techniques. Letter when students are beginning to develop their work I would have one on one sessions with them to be able to help develop the individuals skills and guide them. I would also have groups working together and have the students mark and paise each others work and would get them to mark the work on the ‘two things done well and one to improve’ system. That would be happening throughout the duration of the topic and the students would get a personal development time with me twice a week depending on how the student is fairing and the length of the topic.
