I am a former IELTS examiner with over 20 years teaching and teacher training experience gained mostly in UK tertiary education.

I am a diligent teacher who addresses individual problems and develop learning objectives and approaches to best meet those unique needs. Any learner issues that need addressed, can of course be partially dealt with during class feedback/forward, and I encourage the learners to negotiate a learning plan with me to engender a sense of ownership and autonomy. Unique and personalized feedback is something I provide at all times, and I encourage my learners to critically think about their own ongoing performance and try to elicit problems and solutions.
