My teaching approach is inclusive and tailored, particularly for neurodivergent clients. I focus on creating a supportive and accessible environment, drawing on my lived experience with ADHD and professional expertise. I break down complex processes and learning goals into manageable steps, using a range of ND friendly tools dependant on the students learning style. I share relatable examples from my own ADHD journey to connect with clients and help them feel understood. Flexibility is key to my approach—I adapt my methods to suit different learning styles, recognising individual challenges and strengths. I strive to create a judgement-free space where clients feel supported and encouraged. My aim is to empower clients by equipping them with the knowledge and skills they need to navigate challenges independently, whether that’s through habit-stacking techniques or developing reflective practices. This way, I ensure learning is engaging, practical, and uniquely suited to each person’s needs.
